All delivered at scale through industry-leading technology and the passionate expertise of our people.With more than 4,500 colleagues, 26 creative studios and over 5,800 strategic supplier partners across 64 countries, we work with the best talent across the world to partner with our clients to create big impact through big ideas.Purpose of the Job The Account Manager (AM) is responsible for ensuring that HH Global products and services to the customer are delivered aligned to the overall objectives and Service Level Agreements in place with our global client partner.The AM will work closely with client stakeholders, client retail partners, the HH Global supply chain and the central HH Global team to lead permanent Point of Sales projects from brief to end of life. You will have technical experience in the creation, specification and production of FMCG Permanent POS displays and fixtures within the retailer networks across the region, enabling value and direction to be given throughout each step of the process.This role operates on a Hybrid basis from our office in Sofia, Bulgaria.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop key relationships with multiple client teams crossing different segments within the client's organization, building and maintaining healthy long-term partnershipsDemonstrate an understanding of client objectives and alignment to local needs to encourage a mutual benefit and growth opportunitiesWork with the client, clients customers, design team, category buyers, suppliers and installation teams to prepare production proposals, commercial costing and timelinesEnsure all aspects of the process are managed as per our overarching program objectives and agreementTrack project milestones, identifying and managing risks, potential issues, in line with company best practice and using the appropriate tools and technology; Ability to be agile and adapt to changing priorities; adjusting plans as requiredPlaying a key role in the development process, offering the client creative and technical solutions to any problems that are encounteredCollaborating with internal teams to ensure that quality standards, processes and agreed SLA’s are adhered to throughout the project lifecycleIdentifying opportunities by staying on top of industry trends, segment activities, and competitive landscapePrepare and present monthly review sessions to promote progress and highlight opportunitiesDelivering services on time, to specification, to a high quality and to contractual targetsMaintain a full understanding of the broad range of HH Global’s services, identify opportunities and implement new services that complement the client's businessIdentifies opportunities for continuous improvement and implements new methods and procedures as requiredWork with clients to encourage the adoption of existing components supported by sustainable solutionsKnowledge, Skills + ExperienceExperience in the development and manufacture of Permanent 3D point of sale materials deployed in a retail environment, is essentialDemonstrable professional experience working to manage complex projects across a range of substrates/materials and product categoriesIdentifying and driving innovation in collaboration with the client and aligned to a wider program objectiveExperience in working with third-party manufacturing, including off-shore, would be an advantageExperience working with Industrial Design teams to deliver innovative and technical solutions is essentialAbility to work independently and remotely when not on site with clients or suppliersWorks collaboratively with others in pursuit of team goalsIs comfortable analyzing and interpreting data and conversation on client reportsIdentifies and acts on growth opportunities within the client account to build scale and scopeTakes a logical and systematic approach to workAccount management experience, working within a contracted environment to strict SLAs (service level agreements) and KPIs (key performance indicators)Able to manage and communicate with key client stakeholders to successfully deliver and exceed their expectationsKnowledge of Microsoft office and working with project management toolsBe comfortable in client meetings to become an extension of the client team.
