Someone who lives and breathes 360° marketing. You’ll manage key client relationships, lead campaigns from strategy to execution, and ensure every project delivers measurable results. If you’re proactive, people-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to have you on our team.ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, fostering strong, long-term relationships based on trust, communication, and service excellence.Campaign Oversight: Lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of media buying and influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring all deliverables meet client expectations and deadlines.Account Management: Manage multiple accounts, balancing competing priorities and ensuring each client’s needs are fully addressed. Proactively identify and address any challenges or concerns.Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of account managers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they deliver high-quality service and align with overall company objectives.Strategic Planning: Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and marketing needs, developing tailored strategies that leverage KOLs and media buying to achieve measurable success.Client Presentations & Reporting: Prepare and deliver campaign performance reports, insights, and recommendations to clients, ensuring transparency and clear communication around KPIs, successes, and areas for improvement.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including creative, media buying, operations, and data analytics, to ensure cohesive campaign execution and optimal results.Upselling & Retention: Identify opportunities for service expansion within existing accounts, introducing additional offerings or upgrades that align with client goals and contribute to revenue growth.Problem Resolution: Quickly address and resolve any client issues, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new technologies, and emerging platforms in influencer marketing and media buying, sharing insights with both clients and the internal team.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).Agency background is required, with hands-on experience managing multiple clients and campaigns simultaneouslyMinimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or digital marketing, ideally within the media buying, influencer marketing, or advertising industry.Demonstrated experience in managing 360° marketing campaigns, integrating strategy, creative, and performance across multiple digital channels to deliver cohesive brand experiences.Strong client relationship management skills with the ability to build rapport, establish trust, and manage expectations.Proven experience in leading teams and delivering high-quality service to multiple clients in a fast-paced environment.Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, media buying processes, and influencer marketing campaigns.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to clients.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and confidently to clients and stakeholders.A proactive problem-solver with strong organisational abilities and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.Proficiency in project management tools, CRM platforms, and digital marketing analytics tools.
