LOCATION: Hanoi, HCMCJOB DESCRIPTIONCustomer Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients; Understand clients’ needs and expectations to provide tailored solutions and services; Oversee project execution to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction. Business Development & Sales GrowthTargeted markets: Asia (but not limited to); Identify new business opportunities and support market expansion with the BD team; Develop and execute business plans aligned with assigned sales KPIs and target markets; Collaborate with the engineering team to develop proposals and present solutions to clients; Participate in proposal discussions, contract negotiations, deal closures, and client follow-ups throughout project execution and post-sales; Leverage existing client base to uncover additional business opportunities; Achieve quarterly sales targets as assigned. Customer Support & EngagementHandle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner; Provide technical support when necessary; Organize marketing activities and client engagement events to strengthen customer relationships. Reporting & Cross-functional CoordinationProvide periodic reports to the Line Manager and BoD; Work closely with relevant departments to continuously improve both short-term and long-term business performance. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Line Manager and BoD.REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE1+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in IT outsourcing or tech product sales for global markets;Experienced in all customer acquisition platforms including LinkedIn tools, Email Marketing, Global Hiring, Industrial forums, CRM,..;Fluent spoken and written English;Experienced in developing business proposals and client presentations; proficient in office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Email,…);Strong negotiation skills with clear communication and problem-solving abilities;Familiarity with IT concepts, including software technologies, Cloud systems, AI, and Data;Hands-on experience with lead generation tools such as networking platforms, forums, social media, CRM systems, and digital/email marketing tools;Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Information Technology, or related fields;Able to travel for work when required. BENEFITSSalary: Negotiate;Probation salary is 100% of the official salary; Income includes: base salary, KPI salary, commission; 13th-month salary and performance review twice a year; Bonus for special occasions each year (Labor Day, National Day, Solar New Year, Lunar New Year); Employee’s professional certification and training allowances subject to company regulations; Health Care Insurance; Annual Health Assessment; Social, health and unemployment insurance following government policy; Enjoy company summer trips and other team building activities held monthly and quarterly; Professional, creative and dynamic working environment; Work five days per week with flexible check in time.Contact Ms. Phúc: 0778872763/phucptn@gem-corp.tech
