In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our key clients, ensuring they receive outstanding service and strategic support. You will act as a trusted advisor, coordinating internal teams and identifying opportunities to expand engagement and product usage.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage a portfolio of institutional, fintech, and crypto-native client relationships.Act as the primary point of contact, providing strategic guidance and operational support.Understand client business models and tailor Hercle’s services to their specific needs.Work cross-functionally with trading, technology, and compliance teams to deliver seamless client experiences.Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive account growth.Track account performance, usage, and satisfaction; escalate and resolve any client issues.Gather client feedback to inform product development and GTM strategies.Represent Hercle at industry events and client meetings as needed.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.2+ years experience in account management, client success, or business development—preferably within fintech, digital assets, or financial services.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-first mindset.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.Commercial acumen and a structured approach to identifying revenue opportunities.Collaborative spirit with the ability to interface effectively across internal teams.Why Joining Hercle?Competitive salary.Career and personal growth opportunities.Flexible working arrangements (remote/hybrid).Collaborative and forward-thinking work environment.If you're interested, feel free to reach out and send us your CV!By submitting this application, I confirm that all the information given by me in this application for employment and any additional documents attached hereto are true to the best of my knowledge and that I have not wilfully suppressed any material fact.
