This role exists to deliver measurable impact, by understanding customer needs, uncovering new opportunities, and driving impact that make construction better. You’ll build long-term relationships, influence key decisions, and collaborate across teams to create value that shapes the future of the industry.What You'll DoEngage with a minimum of 6 customers daily at various construction sites to build strong relationships and provide on-the-ground support.Conduct at least one impactful product demonstration each day to showcase solutions and drive customer valueProactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within your assigned territoryCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and exceptional customer serviceParticipate in sales planning and strategy development to contribute to the overall growth of the businessMaintain accurate sales records and provide regular performance reportsStay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and Hilti's product and service offeringsWhat You’ll BringPreferably Bachelor's Degree in mechanical/electrical/ civil engineering, MBA or post-graduate degree is a plusAt least 2-3 years prior experience in salesAble to carry themselves professionally to build relationships at different levels – C-suite and operations level executives, as well as with internal stakeholdersMust be passionate and able to demonstrate high interest building a career in a construction industryDemonstrated strong sense of achievement in their line of workHas a basic understanding and skills to interpret financial statementsComfortable working independently and proactive in reaching out when in need of supportWhat’s In It for YouWe’ll give you everything you need to excel in your role, including company vehicle and one-to-one coaching.
