OverviewAs an Account Manager for our Print division, you are a client focused partner dedicated to supporting one of our premier entertainment clients and you thrive in the fast-paced environment. You manage complex print projects through to delivery, ensuring every asset meets creative expectations, technical precision, and client standards. You serve as the connection between the client and finishing and production team, overseeing client communication, timelines, budgets, quality control to bring high-profile campaigns to lifeYou will collaborate with clients, internal teams, and production & finishing to execute theatrical, streaming, out-of-home, and digital print deliverables with exceptional quality. Beyond day-to-day project execution, you mentor team members, streamline workflows, and champion finishing and production best practices across the division.This is a newly created role that reflects the continued growth of our business and the expanding needs of our clients.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary day-to-day contact for the clients, managing all communication with clarity, professionalism and responsiveness. Ensuring clear, proactive, and strategic communication.Build and maintain strong client relationships by anticipating needs, providing proactive updates, and ensuring alignment at every stage of the project.Translate client feedback and priorities into actionable instructions for internal finishing and production teams.Communicate timelines, deliverables, risks, and solutions to clients and internals teams in a timely and organized manner.Manage client expectations on timelines and deliverables, providing transparency and professionalism throughout the process. Be one step ahead of client needs.Ensure all materials adhere to studio specs, printer requirements, and brand standards.Collaborate with the Creative, Production, and Print Ops teams to ensure seamless project hand-offs and quality control at every stage.Anticipate and resolve finishing & production challenges proactively, ensuring flawless execution under tight deadlines.Maintain up-to-date tracking tools (Smartsuite, Harvest, Forecast, etc.) for accurate reporting and forecasting.You must have knowledge and technical experience with print production and finishing processes.Manage all financial aspects of assigned projects including estimates, real-time tracking and overages, as well as final billing follow-up.Collaborate with senior leadership to assess team capacity, forecast project revenue, and improve operational workflows.Culture & InnovationEmbody Legion’s values of creativity, collaboration, and accountability in all interactions.Contribute ideas for improving workflows, production processes, and finishing techniques.Foster an inclusive, positive, and solutions-focused environment that encourages growth and innovation.Lead by example with professionalism, empathy, and integrity, inspiring others to do their best work.QualificationsExceptional client service, communication, and project management skills.5 -7+ years of experience in entertainment or agency print production, ideally with experience in theatrical or animation finishing.Understanding of prepress, finishing, and print production workflows for entertainment campaigns.Strong technical expertise in proofing, substrates, and large-format finishing.Proficiency in Smartsuite, Harvest, Forecast, or similar project management and budgeting tools preferred, but not required.Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects with meticulous attention to detail and quality.What We OfferCompensation for this role will be determined based on a variety of factors, including our salary range, experience, specialized skills and qualifications to ensure a fair and thoughtful offer.At Legion Creative, we’re committed to taking care of the people who bring our work to life.
