 ResponsibilitiesManage overall progress pipelines of account (customer)/sales forecast and mantain ptofit margins;Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs;Strategize and develop effective business plans to achieve targets;Identify the opportunities and are able to close, by collaboration with the solution & project team;Mantain sales margin in order to deliver value proposition to customer;Creating demand, BOQ, and presenting to customers.QualificationsBachelors' Degree or Master Degree will have plus points;Have strong customer base in FSI/Retail/FMCG/Government/Commerce;Have a minimum of 2 years experience in business development or sales (Account Management) with a strong track record of Business Development Success and Salary Delivery;Have strong analyticals, communication, and negotiation skills both in Bahasa Indonesia and English;Familiar with the latest technology, Startups, and Artificial Intelligence.
