The role focuses on improving GMV performance, increasing NCR, and ensuring strong partner satisfaction and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of restaurant partners and maintain strong relationships.Drive GMV growth and improve NCR performance across assigned accounts.Analyze sales, order trends, and KPIs using Excel/Google Sheets.Recommend promotions and marketing campaigns to increase partner sales.Work with internal teams to resolve financial, operational, and technical issues.Ensure all partner data (menus, prices, operating hours) is accurate and updated.Requirements And QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in account management or food delivery operations.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.Experience tracking and improving GMV, NCR, and partner satisfaction.Excellent communication in Arabic and English.Compensation And BenefitsCompetitive monthly salary.Sales commission.Excellent health insurance.Free basement parking space21 working-days annual vacation.
