Spanning the entire AI value chain—from next generation AI data centers, advanced AI infrastructure and cloud, cutting-edge data AI models, to leading AI applications and solutions.Role Title: VP, AI Model CommercializationLocation: RiyadhReports to: President, AI ProductsRole PurposeLead the commercialization, enterprise adoption, and ecosystem go-to-market (GTM) strategy for HUMAIN’s Arabic and multimodal foundation models (e.g., Allam, HUMAIN Chat, HUMAIN One Agents). Own commercial strategy, strategic accounts, partnerships, pricing models, deployment architectures, and revenue growth.Key Responsibilities• Develop and own the GTM strategy for foundation models across enterprise, government, education, and developer ecosystems.• Collaborate closely with Model Research, Infrastructure, and Product teams to align model capabilities with market needs.• Design and continuously refine pricing, consumption, and packaging models (API, on-prem, sovereign cloud, private fine-tuning, inference clusters).• Build and lead the strategic account pipeline and enterprise sales motions.• Drive co-sell and joint-solution partnerships with cloud providers, system integrators, distributors, and ISVs.• Develop playbooks, case studies, adoption frameworks, and field enablement materials.• Represent HUMAIN in executive briefings with ministries, regulators, and global customers.• Partner with Marketing to drive thought leadership and position HUMAIN as the leading Arabic AI platform.• Oversee forecasting, revenue tracking, and performance reporting against GTM objectives.• Own revenue targets and adoption milestones.Ideal Candidate Profile• Proven track record in AI, cloud, or platform GTM within fast-growth or hyperscale environments.• Deep understanding of LLMs, inference economics, fine-tuning, sovereign cloud strategies, and GPU infrastructure capacity planning.• Demonstrated experience selling to C-suite and government leaders, particularly in emerging markets.• Strong partner ecosystem network (consulting firms, cloud providers, and channel partners).• Entrepreneurial, execution-driven, and comfortable operating in ambiguity.• Experience in GCC or broader MENA enterprise markets is a strong plus.KPIs• Model consumption revenue (API + on-prem + sovereign cloud deployments).• Strategic enterprise wins and multi-year AI adoption agreements.• Growth and activation of the partner ecosystem and marketplace presence.• Developer community engagement and usage metrics.
