Job Description

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in Manila. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring the successful delivery of services. Day-to-day tasks include acting as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating client projects internally to the executing team, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring client satisfaction. The Account Manager will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for account growth, preparing and delivering performance reports, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience in client relationship management and account managementProficiency in MS Office and CRM softwareAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldPrevious experience in the esports or gaming industry is a plusPrevious experience in events management is a plus
