Our robust platform simplifies complex supplier networks, offering direct access to hotel inventory with better pricing, coverage, and technology.With teams across the globe, including hubs in London, New York, San Francisco, Palma de Mallorca and Casablanca, Nuitée has grown into a global infrastructure provider trusted by industry leaders like Hopper, Expedia, Priceline, Google, and Uber. Now backed by leading VCs and world-class investors including leaders from Booking.com, Stripe, and Shopify, Nuitée is positioned to redefine the B2B travel market, streamline operations for hotels, and enable new applications through cutting-edge APIs.Nuitée is at the forefront of a revolution—delivering AI-powered, smarter, and more personalized travel experiences for a new era.About the Role:The Account Manager is responsible for developing and executing sales/distribution optimization with the companies directed contracted hotels through analysis and reporting of results and trends, as well as recommending contracting approaches to expand and add business.Key Responsibilities:Be the primary day-to-day contact for Nuitee’s hotel suppliers, managing all aspects of account coordination and marketing execution.Collaborate with suppliers to deeply understand their brand, audience, and ongoing campaigns, ensuring all briefs are actioned effectively and efficiently.Lead the charge on campaigns and revenue actions, driving them forward with proactive thinking and problem-solving.Managing client expectations and project deadlines with confidence and ease.Contribute to strategic thinking, always considering what’s best for the Nuitee, and providing input on target market insights.Build and nurture strong supplier relationships through effective communication, anticipating suppliers needs, and delivering seamless project and data management.Oversee the financial aspects of your accounts, including margin setups, traffic searches and data managementKeep an eye out for new business opportunities, both with existing clients and through new leads, and suggest creative ideas to enhance campaigns.Work with the data analytics team to create actionable insights to optimize salesOur Ideal Candidate:4 years of experience in account management, hotel contracting, revenue management ideally within a startup environment.Proven track record of client satisfaction, project management, and teamwork.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.Ability to stay cool under pressure and maintain a positive, can-do attitude.Keen awareness of current market and travel industry trends, culture, and what’s happening in the industry.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong ability to convey ideas clearly.An energetic team player with exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Strong communication and presentation skills.Why Nuitee?At Nuitée, we’re not just reimagining travel—we’re building the infrastructure to power it.Massive Market Opportunity: We are tackling the $9.9tn travel industry, starting with the $75 billion B2B hotel market, a fragmented space filled with outdated systems, gatekeepers, and inefficiencies.
