Power Mac Center, the Apple premium partner and authorized reseller in the Philippines, is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Account Executive to join our Enterprise Team.We are seeking a results-driven Account Manager to strengthen client partnerships, support business growth, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. This role involves managing key accounts, identifying opportunities for growth, and aligning client needs with our solutions.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering long-term relationships through consistent communication and proactive engagement.Gain a deep understanding of each client’s goals to offer customized solutions that drive mutual success.Work toward achieving revenue objectives by identifying opportunities for expansion, including upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.Collaborate closely with internal teams to address client needs, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure seamless delivery of products or services.Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to provide strategic insights and strengthen our value proposition.Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system, generate performance reports, and follow company standards and procedures.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or CommunicationsExperience: 1–2 years in sales, market research, customer service, or account management; experience in consumer electronics (software/hardware) preferredSkills: Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills; motivated with good time management and multitasking abilities; understanding of sales principles is valuableLocation: Willing to work in Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong City
