In return we offer great opportunities to grow yourself in a truly global enterprise where respect, value creation, collaboration, integrity, taking care of each other, and gratitude is highly valued.We are looking for a Y-Product Account Manager in ISTANBUL / IZMIR.What You Will Bring To UsAcademic degree (Chemical, Electrical or Electronics or Mechatronic Engineering)5 year work experience in Process Automation environment as an Indirect Business Account Manager (Management of Channel Partners and OEMs) and Sales Account ManagerA strong network with in the target markets will be preferred.Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executiveSolid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needsProven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detailA pro-active hunter type sales person with capability to motivate internal teamExcellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilitiesStrong verbal and written communication skillsNative Turkish SpeakerFluent in written and spoken EnglishFor male candidates, completion of Military ServiceAs Y-Product Account Manager You Are Contributing ToActive sales of Industrial Automation projectsServe as the lead point of contact for all customer account management mattersBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting client / channel partners / OEMs relationshipsNegotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profitsDevelop trusted advisor relationships with accounts, channel partners, OEMs, customer stakeholders and executive sponsorsEnsure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectivesClearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholdersDevelop new business with existing end user clients, channel partners and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotasForecast and track account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)Prepare reports on account statusCollaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territoryAssist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as neededEnsure all sales activities meet Sales Life Cycle requirementsWhat We Promise To OfferFreedom to do your job and autonomy is important to us.
