Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in Cengkareng. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing the client base, developing relationships with new and existing clients, managing projects, and providing technical support and solutions to clients.QualificationsMinimum 3-5 years of experience as an Account Manager, Sales, or similar role, with a proven focus on selling Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions or similar business software (such as CRM, Business Intelligence).Experience in upselling and cross-selling additional ERP solutions or modules to existing clients.Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue.Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient mannerWorks closely with the project team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project.Ensures that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that projects are profitable.Aware and in pursuit of opportunities for account growth and new businessUnderstanding of company capabilities and service, and effectively communicates all offerings to the client.Reports to the Sales Manager, providing regular input on all account activity, including status and call reports on a weekly basis.Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
