We're proud to work with some of the world's leading brands - the likes of Durex, Meta, Jetstar Asia, Tourism New Zealand, and Levi's to name just a few.OverviewAs an Account Manager at AKA Asia, you’ll drive day-to-day client relationships, lead integrated campaigns, and manage cross-functional teams to deliver bold, insight-led work that gets people talking. You’ll be a key contact for clients, ensuring projects run smoothly from strategy through execution, across PR, digital, and social.ResponsibilitiesClient HandlingProvide sound advice to clients on achieving PR objectives and goalsPut together a timeline of agreed activity for sign off by your AD and clientSet proper client expectations and develop achievable KPI’sMaintain discipline in the team on delivery against agreed timelinesMaintain strong client relationships through regular contact (phone and face-to-face)Monitor issues relevant to client’s businessKeep up to date on your client’s industr especially competitor activityWorking with the teamEnsure ongoing and strong dialogue with AD to ensure smooth running of accountReview all major deliverables from AEs to ensure quality standards and expectations are metMentor junior team to success by coaching them on both technical and soft skills - keep morale,motivation and confidence levels up.New businessProactively pursue opportunities for account growth and new businessPlay an active role in proposal development - turning insights into strategy, brainstorm, pitchdocument creation, presentationSeek out opportunities to grow our business through Digital and DesignStakeholder engagement (media, bloggers, influencers, employees, groups etc.)Train AE on stakeholder engagement and help them establish relationshipsDrive creation of materials for approval by ADTrack progress and suggest ways to improve efficiency and effectivenessLiaise with senior stakeholder contacts and find networking opportunitiesFacilitate meetings/interviews with key spokespeoplePrepare briefing notes and be responsible for follow-up actionsDigital and DesignHave sound and current knowledge of social media/digital platformsDevelop social media strategy and content plansLeverage current events to identify social media opportunities for clientsManage and own relationships with external partners to develop contentShowcase and propose how our design capabilities can help our clientsFinancial and AdministrativeFlag to ADs if current budgets don’t match as plans are being executedQualifications4 -7 years in the PR industryExcellent writing skillsArticulate in presenting ideas and plansParticipated in new business pitchesManaged (up and down) to deliver outstanding workShown clear ability to manage timelines and executions
