Location: Remote (LATAM-based)Salary Range: USD $2,800 – $3,500/monthSchedule: PST, Monday–Friday (9 AM–7 PM), occasional weekend coverage🧭 About the RoleWe’re seeking a client-facing Account Manager to oversee corporate wellness accounts and ensure seamless service delivery. The ideal candidate is an empathetic communicator who can balance strong client relationships with operational coordination and rapid problem-solving.🚀 Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the main point of contact for B2B corporate wellness clients.Coordinate on-site and virtual events (massages, wellness sessions, etc.).Liaise between corporate clients and internal operations to ensure smooth scheduling.Handle real-time client issues with professionalism and urgency.Build trust and long-term relationships to maximize client retention.Support weekend operations on a rotating basis when needed.🎯 Must-Have QualificationsFluent, native-level English (neutral or American accent required).Excellent verbal communication and relationship-building skills.3–4 years of experience in account management, customer success, or client service.Availability to work on Pacific Standard Time and occasional weekends.Tech-savvy and familiar with CRMs or scheduling tools (e.g., Salesforce).💡 Preferred QualificationsBackground in corporate wellness, hospitality, or service industries.Experience handling U.S.-based clients and understanding U.S. work culture.Strong multitasking and time management abilities.⚡ Personality & Culture FitEmpathetic, proactive, and dependable.Calm under pressure and skilled at managing high-touch client relationships.Results-driven and enthusiastic about creating great experiences.Naturally engaging, persuasive, and solution-oriented.
