This role combines commercial negotiation, account development, and daily operational coordination to maintain high-quality service for international voice traffic.Key ResponsibilitiesAccount Management & Business Development·        Manage a portfolio of international telecom carriers and wholesale partners (mobile operators, VoIP providers).·        Develop, negotiate, and maintain bilateral and unilateral voice agreements, including rate updates, routing deals, traffic commitments, and payment terms.·        Identify new business opportunities with existing and new partners to increase voice traffic volumes and profitability.·        Maintain strong, long-term relationships through consistent communication and excellent customer service.Commercial & Financial Management·        Monitor account performance: revenue, margin, traffic trends, profitability, and payment behavior.·        Prepare and negotiate pricing proposals, routing strategies, and commercial offers.·        Conduct margin analysis and ensure alignment with internal commercial policies.·        Collaborate with Finance to follow up on payments, resolve disputes, and ensure timely invoicing.Operational Coordination·        Coordinate with NOC team to ensure high ASR, ACD, and overall QoS.·        Address and escalate quality issues, fraud alerts, or routing inconsistencies.·        Coordinate routing changes, testing, and activation of new interconnections.·        Ensure accurate documentation of agreements, rate sheets, and traffic exchange details.Reporting & Analysis·        Prepare weekly and monthly reports on account performance and business pipeline.·        Track market trends and competitor pricing.·        Provide internal feedback on partner behavior, pricing shifts, and quality fluctuations.Required Skills & Qualifications·        Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Telecommunications, or related field.·        Minimum 2 years of experience in wholesale telecom (Voice/SMS).·        Strong understanding of A-Z termination, bilateral deals, and margin management.·        Excellent negotiation and commercial skills.·        Strong analytical ability; Excel proficiency.·        Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.Personal Attributes·        Results-oriented, ambitious, and commercially driven.·        Proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented.·        Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork capability.·        Comfortable in a fast-paced, international environment.What We Offer·        Competitive salary and performance-based bonus.·        Opportunity to work with global carriers.·        Supportive team culture and international exposure.
