Join us as an EMEA Vendor Planner.Are you ready to take on a role where global coordination meets strategic planning? As an EMEA Aftermarket Vendor Planner, you’ll ensure that raw materials flow seamlessly from suppliers worldwide to our Distribution Center in France. Your work will directly impact product availability and customer satisfaction across the regionWhat You’ll Do Keep the Flow Going: Analyze material availability, flag shortages, and take corrective actions to keep plans on track. Solve Challenges Fast: Escalate supplier issues, create action plans, and minimize customer impact. Own Supplier Performance: Manage past-due items, develop recovery plans, and maintain strong supplier relationships. Balance Inventory Like a Pro: Ensure optimal stock levels, monitor Days of Stock and inventory value, and reduce excess or obsolete parts. Hit the Targets: Drive Line Fill Rate performance while respecting inventory policies. Optimize Processes: Track OTTR (On Time to Request) and collaborate with supplier plants to cut lead times. Master the Systems: Keep SAP parameters accurate and aligned across supplier sites. Plan for Success: Define safety stock policies and ensure smooth operations at the EMEA distribution center What We Need Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience as vendor scheduler/ planner, production planner or similar Supply Chain role using SAP Education: Minimum BS degree in engineering, economics or Supply Chain Language Skills: Advanced English proficiency, French would be a plus.
