Employment Type:OutsourcingWork Placement: JakartaJob RequirementsMinimum 3 years’ experience managing key customer accounts in the telecommunications industry (e.g., Indosat, Telkom, Telkomsel, XL, G&E, etc.).Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.Multinational company experience preferred.Proven ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.Fluent English is required; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.Job DescriptionDrive Sales & Branding – Oversee all sales activities for company products and services, including branding initiatives, press releases, customer engagement, and relationship-building.End-to-End Sales Process – Monitor the full sales cycle from product introduction and purchase order (PO) processing to delivery, implementation, payment collection, and maintenance.Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.Customer Engagement – Meet with customers to understand their technical environment, business challenges, and future technology needs.Contract & Logistics Oversight – Follow up on contracts, Bills of Quantity (BoQ), payments, and equipment delivery status.Value Delivery – Communicate ZTE’s value proposition to help customers grow their business, creating opportunities for new projects.Cross-Functional Leadership – Coordinate solution, commercial, finance, and after-sales teams based on customer requirements.Market Expansion – Identify and pursue new market opportunities to increase revenue and expand ZTE’s market share.
