Mandarin Translator

Key Responsibilities:Interpret verbal communication between Mandarin-speaking personnel (from China or Taiwan) and Indonesian/local staff during meetings, production briefings, audits, or training.Translate technical documents, work instructions, SOPs, and reports between Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia, and English.Assist in written correspondence such as emails and reports involving Mandarin-speaking teams or clients.Provide on-site interpretation during production process reviews, machinery installation, and quality inspections.Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and managers to ensure accurate understanding of technical terminology and manufacturing procedures.Support cross-functional teams in facilitating smooth communication between local and foreign staff.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Mandarin Language, Translation, Engineering, or related field.Proven fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written), and proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.Certification in Mandarin language (e.g., HSK Level 5 or above).Experience working with Chinese expatriates or joint venture manufacturing operations.Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Mandarin Interpreter or Translator, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.Familiarity with wiring harness production, automotive components, or electronics manufacturing is a strong advantage.Willing to be placed in Batam
