At NCH, you'll find a supportive environment where collaboration and teamwork are at the heart of everything we do, working together to make a positive impact on the health and well-being of our community.Position Overview:The Account Operations Specialist supports both the Commercial Excellence and Healthcare Sales teams in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of commercial activities across key pharmacy chains, distributors, and healthcare partners. The role provides operational and analytical support to optimise order management, promotional execution, and stock performance, contributing to overall account profitability and customer satisfaction.This position plays a central role in translating strategic account plans into daily operations by coordinating with internal teams, monitoring performance data, and maintaining accuracy across systems and reports. Working closely with Brand, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing teams, the Account Operations Specialist ensures that joint business plans and trade marketing activities are implemented effectively. The role requires strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and a proactive, collaborative approach that embodies NCH’s values of trust, partnership, and simplicity.Roles and ResponsibilitiesAccount Operations and SupportAssist the Strategic Account Manager in day-to-day management of key pharmacy chains, distributors, and healthcare partners.Coordinate order processing, revisions, and confirmations to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment.Track promotional calendars, price changes, and product listings in coordination with Brand, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.Support the preparation of Business Development Agreements and other commercial documents.Sales and Performance AnalysisGenerate, consolidate, and analyse sales and stock reports to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.Monitor product returns, near expiry stock, and sell out data to optimise account profitability.Deliver accurate performance tracking and maintain records of account KPIs, promotional results, and trading terms.Trade Marketing and Promotional ExecutionSupport the implementation of trade marketing activities, planograms, and in store visibility initiatives.Review promotional execution, collect evidence, and prepare related compensation and claim reports.Coordinate logistics and administrative support for customer events, training sessions, and product activations.Financial and Administrative CoordinationFollow up on TMA investments, ensuring accuracy and timely execution in line with approved budgets.Maintain records for trade spend, promotional claims, and accruals in collaboration with Finance.Ensure accurate SKU, pricing, and promotion information across internal and customer systems.Cross-Functional Collaboration and Process ImprovementWork closely with Brand, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of joint business plans.Identify and escalate potential process gaps or delays, proposing practical improvements to enhance efficiency.Contribute to standardising reporting templates, operational processes, and data accuracy initiatives.Market Insights and ReportingGather market and competitor information related to pricing, promotions, and new listings.Support the preparation of quarterly business reviews and customer presentations with relevant insights and visuals.Ensure all reports and data are validated, consistent, and ready for senior review.Qualifications & SkillsEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field.2 to 4 years of experience in account management, commercial operations, or sales support, preferably within the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or Retail Pharmacy industry.Exposure to key account management, trade marketing, or customer service functions is an advantage.Technical & Functional SkillsStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data visualisation.Ability to generate, interpret, and present sales and performance reports.Sound understanding of order management, promotional execution, and inventory tracking.Familiarity with MS Dynamics and CRM systems and their application in sales operations.Basic knowledge of financial reconciliation, claims tracking, and trade spend management.Soft Skills & CompetenciesAnalytical thinker with strong attention to detail and structured follow-up.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident, customer-oriented approach.Highly organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.Demonstrates teamwork, agility, and accountability in every task.Reflects NCH’s values of trust, partnership, and simplicity in daily work.Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is preferred.Why Join Us:Join a dynamic and fast-growing company where innovation, excellence, and collaboration drive everything we do.
