You will ensure that all our suppliers' payments and queries are managed accurately and effectively so that they can focus on our residents and their family members feeling loved, happy, safe, and secure.You will be part of the Finance team and will work very closely with the accounts teamAbout the opportunity:As Accounts Payable Co-ordinator you will be responsible for:Process and code a high volume of supplier invoices accurately and efficiently across our care homesMaintain strong relationships with key suppliers and service partners, handling queries promptly and professionallyPrepare supplier payment runs, ensuring all payments are accurate, timely, and properly authorisedLiaise with care home managers to verify purchase orders, resolve discrepancies, and support budget trackingReconcile supplier statements, prepare accruals, and support the finance team in producing accurate monthly management accountsContribute to the continuous improvement of systems and processes, including the rollout of automation tools and digital workflowsAbout you:Minimum 1 year experience in Accounts Payable or a similar finance roleConfident Excel skills and experience with accounting softwareExcellent accuracy and attention to detailStrong communication skills with both finance and operational colleaguesHigh integrity and reliability — trusted to manage payments and sensitive financial informationCalm and organised under pressure, with the ability to prioritise effectivelyService-driven approach — collaborative, empathetic, and aligned with the group's values of quality and careContinuous improvement mindset — willing to suggest and implement better ways of workingOur commitment to you:Competitive salary and benefit25 days annual leave plus bank holidaysBespoke company induction and on-going training programmes at all levelsAccess to the best-in-class equipment and technologyAnnual bonus (discretionary and scheme rules apply)Employee assistance programme and other attractive wellbeing benefitsDiscount schemesCompany contributory pension schemeAnd much more.....
