The Account Payable/General Cashier will be responsible for processing and monitoring payments and expenditures, preparing and monitoring the cash flow, reconciling invoices, maintaining the filing system, and ensuring financial records are accurate and up-to-date. Additionally, the role includes tasks such as verifying and processing employee expense claims, managing petty cash, and assisting with month-end closing procedures. Qualifications Experience in Accounts Payable, Invoice Reconciliation, and Cash ManagementProficiency in Financial Record Keeping and DocumentationAttention to detail and Strong Organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesExperience with financial software and Microsoft Office SuiteBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
