The Company:Our Client is a financial technology company that provides a flexible "buy now, pay later" (BNPL) solution at the point of sale (POS) for essential services like car repairs, dental work, and veterinary care. They are a unicorn company with a valuation of $1.1B, recognized on the Inc. 5000 list and as a Forbes FinTech 50 company.The Role:This role plays a key part in onboarding new clients for activation day, conducting onboardings, training, and managing accounts within their first 30 days post-activation. The goal is to promote maximum usage of the product while supporting company growth.Duties:Execute day-to-day responsibilities associated with Remote Activation Accounts.Meet weekly and monthly activation and usage targets as designated by the leadership team.Manage onboarding and activation for single store locationsReview account performance and revenue data; develop and implement strategies to increase usage and ROI.Identify gaps within processes and resolve them efficiently and in a timely manner.Ensure compliance with company standards and proceduresTake on variable, rotating duties as assigned.What they are looking for:Client facing experience (sales, account management, onboarding, etc.)Detailed oriented and organized - managing lots of different tasks and clients at one timeStrong people skills - Able to keep an audience engaged and energized over Zoom meetingsLocation:4 days per week in office (West LA area) with remote FridaysCompensation:Base salary + bonus ($70-80k on target earnings) + benefits
