This role will be responsible for managing client accounts and marketing projects, ensuring campaigns run smoothly and deliver strong results.Key responsibilities include:Building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction.Managing multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with internal teams (creative, advertising, technical) to deliver high-quality campaigns on time.Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services that add value for clients.Actively following up on leads, preparing tailored proposals, and converting prospects into paying clients.Preparing monthly reports with strategic insights and clear recommendations to improve performance and ROI.Staying updated on digital marketing trends to offer proactive solutions.QualificationsExperience in account management, project management, or digital marketing (minimum 1 year preferred).Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Able to analyze data, draw insights, and provide strategic recommendations.Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Knowledge of social media marketing, paid advertising, SEO, and general digital marketing best practices.Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is a plus.
