With an unwavering commitment to excellence, Air Drilling Associates is dedicated to solving complex drilling challenges and shaping a sustainable and energy-rich future.Role DescriptionThe Accountant / Administrator will provide financial, administrative, and office support for Air Drilling Associates’ Tenerife operations. This role ensures accurate handling of accounting records, expense tracking, and local documentation, while also supporting general office coordination and communication between the local team and regional offices.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate financial and administrative records for local operations.Process invoices, receipts, and expense reports in coordination with the regional finance team.Assist in payroll documentation and local tax compliance as required.Support procurement and logistics documentation for materials and services.Manage office correspondence, filing, and recordkeeping.Coordinate travel, accommodation, and other logistical arrangements for visiting personnel.Liaise with local vendors, service providers, and government offices when needed.Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company financial and administrative policies.Qualifications- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.- Minimum 1 year experience in accounting or administrative roles (fresh graduates may be considered).- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping, invoicing, and general administrative processes.- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).- Strong organizational and communication skills.- Fluent in English (spoken & written).- Must be a permanent resident of the Canary Islands (Tenerife).- Must be legally eligible to work in Spain.
