We are already looking into the future and moving onwards, with our soon-to-be-opened, Toronto-2025- facility.We are even prouder of the caring, inclusive, and familiar work environment we have created for all our employees.The RoleAs an Accountant, you will join our office in Barcelona to support the accounting and administrative tasks derived from the company's activity in compliance with US, as well as all tasks related to day-to-day operations.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the accounting operations in companies under its scope:Perform accounting for all daily operations, such as sales, income, expenses, payable and receivable accounts, payroll, taxes, inventory, and intercompany transactions.Carry out periodic accounting closings (monthly, quarterly, and yearly).Provide Administrative-accounting Support InBank reconciliation Sales invoicing Payments: submission of payment forecasts (biweekly and monthly) and preparation of files for the different modalities; check, ACH, and international wire.Support in the auditing fieldwork by providing the information required by the Account Manager. Support the site's administrative staff in accounting-related tasks.Processing of orders and tracking of receipts, in collaboration with the General Services Department.You will act as the first point of contact for suppliers managing invoices, delivery notes, etc., and problem-solving related to them.The team will support you from the first day and will guide you in acquiring new knowledge.It is an exciting opportunity to start your career in a great company, come and live the AIRE experience!Who You AreBachelor’s in Business Administration or similar appreciated. You must be fluent in English and Spanish.1-2 years of prior experience in a similar position.You are polyvalent and able to multitask but very focused on details.Flexible and able to work on your own initiative.
