The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Pakistan’s AOP and Private Limited company regulations and be capable of independently managing financial systems and compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle all accounting entries, reconciliations, and maintain accurate financial records.Execute and oversee tax filings, withholding, and compliance under AOP and Pvt Ltd frameworks.Maintain ledgers, financial statements, and reports using Odoo or equivalent ERP systems.Prepare and monitor cash flow reports; manage accounts payable and receivable.Analyze revenue, expenses, and financial health metrics to support strategic decisions.Ensure full compliance with FBR regulations and timely submission of statutory obligations.Provide management with reliable financial dashboards and analysis for informed decision-making.Requirements & SkillsMinimum 5 years of accounting experience in Pakistan, especially in AOP or Private Limited structures.Strong grasp of Pakistan tax laws, compliance, and regulatory requirements.Proficiency in Odoo or similar ERP platforms for accounting and reporting.Deep understanding of financial management, forecasting, and reporting.Excellent data accuracy, attention to detail, and ownership mindset.Ability to work onsite during the evening shift (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM).Shift & CompensationShift: Evening (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM)Location: Onsite (Johar Town, Lahore)Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experienceWho You AreYou are a financially literate professional who understands the inner workings of business finance.
