Client:A long-established and reputable, boutique, international fiduciary firm based in Geneva. Working primarily with expatriate clients—both corporate and individual—though not limited to them. The firm offers services including accounting, payroll, trusts, corporate advisory, and personal taxation. You'll be part of a close-knit, busy, and small team, offering a potential new joiner the opportunity to build on their Swiss corporate accounting experience in a collegial work environment. Based centrally in Geneva (Rive Droite).Position:Joining a busy accounting & fiduciary small team, working closely with the Chief Accountant and CFO. This is an excellent opportunity for an accountant seeking a varied and broad caseload, with good international exposure. This is a full-time position, coming to the office every day (no home office).Main tasks will include, but not limited to:Invoices and Payments.VAT and Tax declarationsIncome StatementsPreparation of Swiss tax filingsAudit assistancePayroll accounting and salary management (under supervision)Administrative follow-up (tax authorities etcProfile:2-4 years of experience in accounting and/or audit from within financial services or corporate services (e.g Big 4 or fiduciary)Qualified accountant or studying towardsProven experience in full-cycle accounting - beyond basic data input - to include VAT, corporate payments and Swiss tax filingsExcellent attention to detail is essentialKnowledge and experience of Swiss general accounting standards (code of obligations)Conscientious and reliable; used to working in a serious mannerStrong Microsoft Office skills and prior experience of accounting systems (GIT Wineur and payroll software a plus but not a must)Fluent in English (minimum C1), with strong proficiency in FrenchAlready living and working in the Geneva area (frontalier OK) with valid work permitOpen to an office-based job (no home office)
