Company Accountant – Full-Time | $80,000 – $100,000 + Super | Richmond Fuse Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Company Accountant to join a respected, high net worth, family-run business based in Richmond, Melbourne. This is a full-time, office-based position offering the opportunity to work closely with a private family group that manages a diverse and growing portfolio of property assets across Australia. This is a rare opportunity to contribute to a well-established business with a long-term investment mindset, strong ethical foundations, and a collaborative approach.  The Opportunity: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Company Accountant to manage the day-to-day financial transactions and reporting requirements of the group. You will work closely with the family office, providing accurate financial insights and supporting the ongoing success of their property holdings. Key Responsibilities:Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software (e.g. Xero and MYOB)Reconcile bank statements and property-related accountsManage accounts payable/receivable and prepare BAS/IASSupport quarterly and annual reporting processesMaintain confidentiality and demonstrate a high level of professional integrityWhat We’re Looking For:Proven experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role, ideally within property or investment sectorsStrong understanding of Australian taxation and compliance requirementsExcellent organisational and communication skillsProficiency with Xero and MYOBAbility to work full-time in the office in RichmondAbility to work independently with discretion and professionalismExperience working with private or family-run businesses highly regardedThe Benefits:Full-time permanent roleSalary range: $80,000 – $100,000 + Super (depending on experience)Opportunity to be part of a trusted and values-driven family enterpriseStable role within a long-term investment-focused businessReady to Apply?
