Competitive Base Salary + $25,000 allowance + super + annual bonusSite based FIFO role from Townsville or salary sacrificed from other centres4/3 Roster - Mon to ThursAt DNL our people vision is to unlock our people capability and culture to create safe, inclusive and high performing teams on the ground.The RoleReporting to the Engineering & Reliability Manager this strategic role will see you manage the projects team within DNL NAO Global Manufacturing Operations, while developing capital plan to support business needs.Your Duties Will Include But Not Be Limited ToLead the Project Team within NAO GLobal Manufacturing Opeations, Phosphate Hill, Mount isa and TownsvilleLead the development and maintenance of a best-in-class safety & performance culture for the Project TeamProvide leadership and guidance on project HS&E and risk management processes providing for incident and injury free project deliveryReport and forecast on portfolio status in line with corporate and business requirementsEstablish virtual systems to monitor project delivery performance in order to quickly identify issues and their resolutionEnsure balance is maintained between stakeholder requirements in the delivery of the best project results for the businessWhat You’ll BringIdeally you will have proven experience as a Projects Portfolio Manager with leadership experience.
