Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Accountant located in Ulaanbaatar, with some flexibility for work from home. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, handling budgeting and forecasting, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining accurate records, reconciling accounts, and providing financial insights to support business decisions. Qualifications Strong skills in financial transactions management and accounting softwareExperience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reportingProficiency in compliance and regulatory standardsStrong attention to detail and accuracy with numbersExcellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinkingEffective communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a teamRelevant qualifications such as a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
