Essers Turkey Office in Esenyurt (On-Site)Job Description Responsible for supporting & providing assistance to all accounting, finance, tax, contract & corporate issue.Being responsible for daily invoice activity within MIKRO; E-invoice delivery, return invoice, ıntercompany invoice process.Taking active role in reconciliation AR, AP, GL.Support to independent audit firm by quarter basis.Support on month-end closing activities in line with deadlines by proactive planning, communication with third parties and other team members.Support for the preparation of VAT refund reports submitted to the Tax office.Archiving all hardcopy documents in folders, which is daily sales documents, supplier invoices, staff expenses.Assist with other accounting and admin works as required.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance or related fields from reputable university.Strong knowledge of Turkish GAAP.Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions.Advance level of knowledge on MS office suite.Accounting software experience, knowledge of MIKRO would be a plus.Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English.High attention to detail, strong analytical and problem solving skills required.No military obligation for male candidates.JOIN OUR (BIG) FAMILY 86 branches in 21 countries, 7600 employees, over one million square meters of warehouse, 1,475 trucks and 1.800 ISO tanks.
