As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly analytical and proactive Senior Human Resources Specialist to join our team at our headquarters in Aydın.Role OverviewThe Senior HR Specialist will play a key role in managing end-to-end HR processes, acting as a strategic partner to business units. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and comfortable collaborating with international stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support all generalist HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training & development, and employee relations.Partner with department managers to identify talent needs and implement effective HR solutions.Analyze HR metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.Manage and improve HR processes to ensure compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement.Support organizational development projects and contribute to internal HR initiatives.Act as a point of contact for employees, ensuring a positive employee experience.Coordinate communication and documentation for international HR interactions when needed.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 4–6 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret HR data and metrics.Excellent command of written and spoken English.Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in Türkiye.What We OfferOpportunity to contribute to a well-established and growing company in the machinery manufacturing sector.A supportive and collaborative work environment.Professional development opportunities and participation in strategic HR projects.
