We are now looking for another team mate to join us in İzmir as PFT Plant People Partner.Can you say ‘yes’?Do you treat your colleagues with respect?Do you always have the customer in mind?Do you act with future generations in mind?Do you like to seek out opportunities to grow and develop?Do you have a proven track record of delivering results?What you’ll be doing:Serving as a trusted advisor to business leaders on HR and people-related mattersDriving the alignment of HR strategies with business goals, ensuring that the organization can achieve its objectives through effective people managementCollaborating with department managers to understand and fulfill staffing needsManaging job postings, resume screenings, interviews, and selection processesDeveloping and conducting onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new employeesCollaborating with business leaders to identify talent needs and create succession plansProviding coaching and guidance on career development for employeesImplementing effective performance management techniques to enhance employee productivityProviding guidance to all employees through the performance review and appraisal processSupporting business units through organizational changes, ensuring alignment with overall company strategyIdentifying training needs within the business units and coordinating relevant programsPromoting a culture of learning and continuous developmentPartnering with leaders to foster a culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organizationMonitoring key HR metrics and providing regular reports to the People DirectorDeveloping and implementing strategies to improve employee engagementDeveloping, updating, and implementing HR policies and proceduresEnsuring all HR processes, employee documentation, and reporting are fully compliant with Free Zone regulationsManaging HRIS systems and reporting obligations in line with the requirements of the Ege Free Zone DirectorateWhat we’d love for you to have:We are interested in you as a person: your attitude, behaviors and values. If you have experience in the following areas – this is an added advantage:Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Psychology, or any other degree relating to Human Resources; a Master’s degree is preferableMin 5 years of progressive experience in HR with an equivalent roleStrong understanding of HR best practices and principles & proficiency in using HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applicationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organizationStrong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skillsDetail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work collaboratively across functions and with global teamsFluent in English (mandatory), German language skills are an additional advantageKnowledge and/or hands-on experience with Free Zone regulations, incentives, and compliance processesExperience in new factory establishment or building HR teams from the ground up.Residency in İzmir or willingness to relocateWhat happens next?We appreciate that your time is precious and applying for a new job can be a lengthy process - so we have committed to replying to your application as soon as possible.
