Job Description

We’re hiring People Partner to support core HR functions such as recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, internal communications, and learning & development. You’ll help shape our people culture and elevate the employee experience as we grow.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in related fields4–5 years of HR experience, preferably in fintech or startup environmentsStrong knowledge and hands-on experience in recruitment, performance, development, and internal communicationAnalytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skillsExcellent communication skills, proactive and solution-orientedComfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environmentsExperience in recruitment and performance managementResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment processes (technical & non-technical roles)Implement and monitor performance evaluation systemsDesign and execute talent management and development plansDevelop and lead internal communication strategiesDrive employee engagement and experience initiativesTrack HR budget and prepare analytical reportsIdentify training needs and coordinate development programs
