Audit & CompliancePrepare and maintain all statutory data for GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC filings.Coordinate statutory, tax, and internal audits with external consultants.Ensure 100% adherence to compliance requirements and regulatory deadlines. Vendor & Client ManagementOversee vendor payments, reconciliations, and expense management with transparency.Supervise client billing, invoice generation, receivables tracking, and payment follow-ups. Expense & Payment ProcessingAuthorise and oversee payments for all expenses after thorough verification.Strengthen internal controls and streamline financial processes. Reporting & MISPrepare MIS, financial statements, and management dashboards.Monitor and report on cash flows, receivables, payables, and financial health. Strategic FinancePrepare budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections aligned with business goals.Maintain investor-ready financial models, decks, and dashboards.Set up internal financial controls, SOPs, and reporting systems.Track burn rate, working capital, margins, and unit economics to support decision-making. Leadership & Process ImprovementsSupervise junior accounting staff, ensuring accuracy and growth.Mentor and guide the finance team while building efficient systems.Partner with leadership to drive financial planning and growth initiatives.Ideal Candidate ProfileGraduate/Post-Graduate in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com/M.Com/MBA Finance or equivalent).710 years of experience in accounting, compliance, and finance, with exposure to strategic finance and FP&A.Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, and compliance workflows.Expertise in Zoho Books, Tally, Excel, Google Sheets, and MIS/BI tools.Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and investor reporting.Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
