Ability to come to Chennai in short notice.Company OverviewThe Paradigms Inc (TPI) is a U.S.-based technology organization specializing in secure tax filing platforms, AI-driven customer support systems, and digital coupon aggregation technology solutions.To support ongoing product expansion, TPI is seeking a qualified Front-End Developer with expertise in React.js to join our distributed engineering team on a part-time, contract basis.Position SummaryThe selected candidate will contribute to the development and enhancement of front-end interfaces across TPI’s product suite. This role requires disciplined coding practices, attention to detail, and adherence to TPI’s standards for performance, consistency, and security.The developer will work closely with the Tech Lead and other team members.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, optimize, and maintain front-end components using React.jsEnsure seamless integration between front-end modules and backend APIs (JSON-based)Implement responsive and accessible UI designs compatible with major devices and browsersConduct front-end debugging, performance tuning, and UI refinementsCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including backend and AI-development unitsMaintain clear documentation of features, components, and workflowsFollow TPI coding guidelines, security practices, and version control protocolsRequired QualificationsProficiency in React.js, Next.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3Experience with React Hooks, component lifecycle, and modular front-end architectureFamiliarity with RESTful API integration using JSONAbility to write clean, reusable, and maintainable code with attention to detailHands-on experience with Git/GitHub and collaborative development practicesStrong problem-solving skills and capacity to work independentlyPreferred QualificationsExperience integrating React.js with Python (Flask/Django) backendsKnowledge of UI/UX principles and design best practicesExperience with responsive frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS)Prior work on dashboards or workflow-driven systemsIntellectual Property & Confidentiality RequirementsThe candidate must strictly adhere to TPI’s security and compliance policies, including:Non-disclosure of all code, data, business processes, and proprietary informationProhibition on sharing or reusing TPI’s codebase in any external projectAcknowledgement that all deliverables produced under this contract are the exclusive intellectual property of The Paradigms IncCompensationCompensation is performance-reviewed and may be adjusted periodicallyPayments issued on monthly basisApplication ProcessInterested applicants may submit the following materials to:hr@theparadigmsinc.com
