Accountant (Mid level)

About the Company: Our client is a well-established design and consultancy firm based in Dubai, specializing in innovative architectural and design solutions across residential, commercial, and bespoke projects. With a focus on creativity and precision, they are looking to strengthen their operations team with a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to support their day-to-day financial activities.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle day-to-day accounting operations, including data entry, invoicing, payments, and bank reconciliations.Maintain accurate books of accounts and assist in preparing monthly financial statements.Support with accounts payable and receivable, petty cash management, and expense tracking.Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal departments for payment follow-ups and documentation.Assist in preparing VAT filings, payroll summaries, and audit documentation as required.Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE accounting standards.Provide administrative and financial support to management as needed.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.2–4 years of accounting experience in the UAE (preferably with consulting, design, or construction industries).Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (knowledge of Tally / QuickBooks / Zoho Books preferred).Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization skills.Good communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Available to join within a short notice period preferred.Location: Dubai, UAEEmployment Type: Full-time
