Based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, we are committed to delivering dependable solutions to businesses worldwide.Job DescriptionCheck debit notes, issue VAT invoices to customers, record and post collections in accounting software.Manage and reconcile accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of accounting data (local & overseas agents).Coordinate with sales departments to check and reconcile customer debts.Monitor reimbursements (bank transfer/cash) for departments.Track the execution status of purchase contracts.Prepare internal reports as required and perform other tasks assigned by the Chief Accountant/Board of Directors.Candidate RequirementsCollege/University degree in Accounting – Finance, International Business, or related fields.Experience: Preferably 1–2 years or more (experience in Forwarding/Logistics is a significant advantage).Soft skills: Careful, honest, responsible, and problem-solving ability.Good communication and teamwork skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Basic English reading and writing required (fluency is a plus).BenefitsSalary from 9–12 million VND, negotiable during the interview.Holiday bonuses, Tet bonus, 13th-month salary, annual leave.Social and health insurance according to legal regulations.Salary review periodically or ad hoc.Participation in weekly team-building activities, annual company trips.Opportunities to join internal and external training courses to improve professional skills.Young, dynamic working environment with many promotion opportunities.Additional InformationWorkplace: Floor M – H3 Building, 384 Hoang Dieu, Khanh Hoi Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.Working hours: Monday to Friday (Morning: 8:15 – 11:30; Afternoon: 13:00 – 17:00).Applicants please send your CV to: bdd@nisvn.com or apply here.
