Knight Piésold Eswatini is hiring an Accountant/Office Administrator to become part of our dynamic team. If you're looking for a rewarding role where you can provide essential administrative support, help drive projects forward, and contribute to the success of our team, we want to hear from you!Minimum requirements:A citizen of Eswatini5 -10 years’ experience in accounting and administrationDiploma/Degree in Accounting Sciences, Financial Management, or related fieldExperience in the consulting space would be advantageousExperience with VantagePoint would be advantageousKey Responsibilities:Manage financial data and maintain accurate records of transactions.Maintain comprehensive records of revenue, debtors, creditors, and expenses, including payroll.Prepare financial statements and produce regular weekly and monthly reports.Organise accounts and prepare schedules for annual audits.Ensure accuracy and analyse annual financial data to provide valuable insights and strategic recommendations.Administer staff benefits, including provident and pension funds, medical aid, subscriptions, welfare, and annual PAYE reconciliations, and provide employee tax certificates.Manage firm payments and maintain accurate asset registers.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, such as obtaining Construction Industry Council (CIC) Certificates.Prepare and file PAYE, VAT, and Income Tax returns.Handle project invoicing and manage day-to-day office administration tasks.Office administration including support with typing, formatting and submission of documentation.
