With offices across Europe, middle east, and beyond, we’re building world-class academies and security teams that empower organizations to defend against evolving cyber threats.Our Zurich office serves as a key operational and financial hub for the Group.We are seeking a proactive Accountant & Office Manager to ensure our local operations run smoothly and efficiently.In this dual role, you’ll serve as the backbone of our Zurich office — managing daily administrative and office functions while supporting core accounting and financial processes. You’ll work closely with our global finance and operations teams to maintain clear communication, ensure compliance, and uphold the highest standards of accuracy and professionalism across all activities.This is an onsite role, ideal for someone who enjoys a balance of accounting, administrative, and people-focused work in a dynamic, international environment.Key Responsibilities:Accounting (75%)Maintain Financial Records: Record and maintain accurate financial transactions, including purchases, travel expenses & credit cards, sales, receipts and payments.Accounts Payable: manage accounts payable, ensuring accurate recording and categorization of the invoice as per company policies and procedures, timely payment of invoices and preparation of reconciliation.Account receivable: Prepare and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to clients. Record and track payments received and follow up on outstanding invoices.Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements with the general ledger to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records.Monthly and yearly closing: support monthly closing activities, including bank reconciliations, payables and receivable reconciliations, related parties’ reconciliations, provisions and other relevant activities.VAT and other tax returns: Prepare and submit local VAT ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.General Tasks: Assist with other Finance department initiatives and tasks as needed, such as filing documents, organizing financial records, continues process improvements in the finance department, and maintaining confidentiality of financial information.Office Manager (25%)Manage day-to-day Zurich office operations, including supplies, facilities, and vendor coordination.Support the organization of visits and meetings in Switzerland.Support the team with scheduling, travel arrangements, and documentation.Coordinate between Zurich staff and other CyberPro.AI’ offices for company-wide initiatives.Handle correspondence, courier services, and general administrative support.Assist with general administrative tasks as needed, such as filing & organizing documents and records.Qualifications:3+ years of experience as a bookkeeper and/or accountant or in a similar role.Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and procedures.Proficiency in using accounting ERP and Excel.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping.Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive, hands-on approach.Fluency in English and German (both written and spoken).Knowledge of Swiss Code of Obligation is desirable.Valid eligibility to work in Switzerland (Swiss nationality or valid work permit)
