We would like to strengthen the team with another person as soon as possible.About The JobYou will be part of a finance team of five people, where collaboration, structure and good humor go hand in hand. The position is 25 hours per week - and during holiday periods there may be the possibility of extra hours, by agreement. In addition, you will have the opportunity to work on project tasks.Your primary tasks will include:Validation of VAT numbersVAT reporting in multiple countriesCollection of export documentationPreparation of credit notes for customersResponding to customer inquiries via emailInputting and posting customer paymentsHandling of vendor invoicesReconciliation of various balance sheet accountsContribute to tax calculations in countries where Muuto is tax registeredYour profileYou have a relevant economics or accounting education and at least 3-4 years of experience from a similar roleYou work structured, independently and have a solution-oriented approachYou have a flair for numbers, an eye for detail and take pride in doing things right the first time. You are familiar with Microsoft Office – and if you know Business Central, that's an added plusYou speak and understand both Danish and English.
