What you’ll be doingInternalize the accounting from currently external provider. Be responsible for managing the full spectrum of accounting activities for MATR Foods including general ledger, fixed assets, standard costing, accruals, and tax compliancePerform account reconciliations, including bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable, to ensure accuracy, also monitor accounting transactions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper documentationEnsure the accuracy and integrity of financial data, support management with timely reporting and AuditsContribute to implementation of new accounting and finance modules of ERP system (familiarity with systems such as ODOO, Netsuite, Business Central will be helpful)Improve processes in line with the requirements within a small sized CPG / manufacturing environmentWhat you’re bringing5–7 years of accounting experience preferably in CPG / manufacturing industriesA bachelor’s degree in accounting or related fieldStrong knowledge of Danish GAAP / IFRS and tax regulations and proficiency in related systems/toolsEnglish and Danish languageAdvanced Excel and financial analysis skills, strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and meet deadlinesAdditional preferences: Big four experience, Knowledge of German Language, German HGB Why join MATR Foods?We offer you a meaningful role in a dynamic and purpose-driven start-up.
