The Accountant will handle daily financial transactions including maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements and reports, and reconciling accounts. Additional tasks include budgeting, monitoring financial performance, ensuring compliance with local tax laws and regulations, and supporting the overall financial health of the company. Qualifications Proficiency in financial reporting, budget preparation, and bookkeepingExperience in managing accounts, financial analysis, and balance sheet reconciliationKnowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirementsStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in accounting software and Excel; familiarity with other financial software is an advantageBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldPrior experience in the construction industry is preferredStrong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
