Ltd., a branch of leading US-based accounting firm located in Jadibuti, Bhaktapur.We are expanding our team and looking for dedicated Tax Accountants to join us in providing exceptional service to our clients in the United States.About the Role:This is a critical role in which you will be the backbone of our US tax operations. You will work directly with our team in Artesia, California, to prepare and manage tax returns for a diverse American clientele. Your attention to detail and understanding of US tax processes will be key to our success.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and review individual and business tax returns (1040, 1120, 1065, etc.) for US clients.Utilize Drake Tax Software and QuickBooks efficiently.Work on various cloud-based accounting platforms to manage client books.Communicate directly with US-based customers via phone and email to resolve queries.Conduct thorough research on tax-related issues and ensure compliance.Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and data security with sensitive financial information.What We're Looking For (Qualifications):Proven experience as a Tax Accountant, Accountant, or in a similar role.Must be fluent in English (both written and verbal) with excellent communication skills to interact with US clients.A strong, detail-oriented understanding of accounting and tax principles.Prior experience with Drake Tax Software and/or QuickBooks is a significant advantage.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, international team.A bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.Job Details & Perks:📍 Location: Our branch office in Jadibuti, Bhaktapur⏰ Shift: Night Shift (to overlap with US business hours)📅 Work Week: 5 days a week💰 Starting Salary: Rs. 35,000 per month💸 Overtime Pay: Yes, for extra hours worked during the busy US tax season!🎁 Excellent Bonus: Upon successful completion of a 6-month probation period, you will be eligible for a One Month's Salary Bonus after your first tax season!Why Join Us?Be a part of a reputable international firm with a strong local presence.Gain invaluable experience working with US tax laws and clients.Clear growth and career progression paths.Supportive and collaborative work environment.
