Job Title: AccountantLocation: CameroonExperience: 5-8 YearsQualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter (Preferred)Industry Preference: Manufacturing / Trading / FMCG / ConstructionJob SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial records, statutory compliance, and reporting activities for our Cameroon operations.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain daily accounting transactions (AP, AR, GL entries) Handle bank reconciliation and cash flow management Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Manage payroll processing and statutory deductions Ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations in Cameroon Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants Monitor expenses and assist in budgeting & forecasting Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records Support management with MIS reports and financial analysis Required SkillsStrong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting Experience with accounting software (Tally / SAP / QuickBooks or similar) Good understanding of taxation and compliance procedures Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication skills
