At CoreBridge, we harness the power of AI and other advanced technologies to ensure unmatched quality and accuracy for our clients.Position Overview:Reporting directly to the Controller, the Accountant will serve as the day‑to‑day finance lead for a diverse portfolio of operating and development entities. You will own the full monthly close, maintain entity‑level and consolidated ledgers in Yardi Voyager, and deliver accurate financials on tight deadlines. Beyond core accounting, you will partner with development, asset‑management, and property‑operations teams to track project costs, prepare lender draw packages, reconcile intercompany transactions, and produce data‑driven insights that inform strategic decisions.
