We work closely with our clients to fully understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a full-time Remote Bookkeeper / Accountant to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities, including recording financial transactions, reconciling accounts, processing payroll, and maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will ensure that books are complete, organized, and ready for reporting at all times.This role also includes preparing financial statements, posting journal entries, and assisting with month-end and year-end closings. The position requires excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients to ensure accurate and timely financial information.QualificationsQuickBooks Online experience is a mustStrong proficiency in Bookkeeping and General AccountingExperience with bank and credit card reconciliationsAbility to prepare accurate financial statements and perform journal entriesExcellent attention to detail and strong organizational skillsAbility to work independently and remotely while managing multiple clientsFamiliarity with accounting software and online financial toolsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)Must be able to read and write in EnglishWork with US companies (a plus)Experience with DealerCenter or similar dealership management systems (a plus)Starting salary: $650 per month (with room for growth based on performance)
