XTex are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Accountant for our client in Ilkeston.About you:Solid experience in a similar accounting role, ideally within an SME environmentProactive and able to work independently, with excellent attention to detailComfortable working directly with a business owner in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial settingSkilled in accounting software (e.g. Sage / Excel)The Role:Maintain and update the company’s asset registerManage and reconcile hire purchase (HP) agreementsPrepare management accounts and monthly reportsAssist with cashflow forecasts, budgets, and financial planningSupport year-end processes and liaise with external accountants as requiredProvide ad hoc financial analysis and insights to support business decisionsWhat is on offer:Competitive salary in the region of £25 per hour DOE.16-20 hours per week, flexible hoursSupportive, collaborative work environment.Opportunity to make a real impact and develop your career as the business grows.Free flu jabsOn-site parkingPrivate dental insurancePrivate medical insurance
